We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new learning opportunity–sound design!
What is Sound Design?
Sound design is the process of recording, developing, manipulating, or producing audio elements, whether it is creating for film, television, games, theater, animation, advertising, or other productions.
Learning the basics of audio production opens up a world of possibilities, whether you’re looking to record and produce your own music, design soundscapes for film, games, or theatre, or become a master of SFX/Foley. With lessons in sound design, you can learn how to record, process, and edit audio using a variety of different tools and software. Lessons are specifically tailored to meet every student’s unique interests and abilities, with equal weight given to creativity and technique.
Why is sound design an important subject?
Over the past years, schools around the world started introducing creativity in electronic music-making more and more into their music curricula. Sound designers need to be creative but also have a good comprehension of technology. At MusicTutorOnline, you can now study sound design at beginning and intermediate levels.
