Robert Boer is the owner and founder of MusicTutorOnline. He founded the school in 2019 with the intention to support music-making and learning across the globe. To offer ways for music learners from all places and backgrounds to build passion, knowledge, and skills in music.

20 years of experience as a music teacher at international schools around the world.
15 years of professional performance experience playing professionally with the Dutch symphony orchestras and jazz bands.

BIO
Robert Boer was born in Germany and grew up in The Netherlands. He began learning piano at the age of 6 and euphonium at the age of 7. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teaching from the Conservatory of Music in Groningen and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from the Conservatory of Music in Amsterdam. He has worked as a professional musician, conductor, and music educator around the world for the past 30 years. Before devoting his life fully to music education, he worked as a professional musician with some of the finest symphony orchestras and jazz bands of The Netherlands. His career as a music teacher brought him to different countries around Europe and Asia where he developed and practiced his passion for teaching music. In 2019 Robert founded MusicTutorOnline with the idea to support music learning across the globe and to provide quality music education to people of all ages and backgrounds. MTO has grown tremendously over the past 2 years and has a dedicated team of 17 passionate music professionals teaching the different instruments and music subjects to students from around the world.
