Application Requirements
We maintain the highest standards for our students. To ensure the quality of our instruction, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Excellence: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or higher from a recognized music university or conservatory of music is strictly required.
- Pedagogical Expertise: Proven experience in one-on-one or classroom instruction.
- Technical Readiness: A high-speed internet connection, quality external microphone, and a high-definition webcam.
- Commitment to Growth: A desire to adapt traditional teaching methods to a dynamic online environment.
- Note: We value advanced degrees (MA, DMA) and active performing careers. Please highlight these in your application.

How it Works: We review every application that meets our core requirement of a BA from a recognized music university or conservatory. If your profile meets our high standards for pedagogy and performance, but we don’t have an immediate job opening, we will place you in our Priority Talent Pool. We constantly add new teachers to existing subjects and add new subjects to our offerings.
